Charlie Villanueva is a jerk. Charlie violated the cardinal sin on the school yard. You don’t snitch. This is worse than snitching. Snitching assumes you are ratting someone out for a serious infraction or illegal activity. This is tattling. Villanueva is a tattle tale.

Villanueva’s feelings were hurt during a game because Kevin Garnett told him he looked like a "cancer patient." Somehow this morphed into people saying Kevin Garnett was being dismissive of the pain and struggle of cancer victims. I am not sure how anyone makes that leap.

I think it is pretty clear that KG was just following the Official Bearcat Guide to Heckling. During the course of a game saying a guy looks like a cancer patient is in my book hitting above the belt and completely legal. It is not like he was trash talking the guy’s kids.

Now the pendulum has swung the other way and people are calling out Villanueva for running to Twitter to throw KG under the bus… If Villanueva thought that KG had crossed the line then he should have dealt with it on the court. Ask KG if he wants to see some pictures of his wife, Brand. Ask him what it was like to lose his nickname (The Franchise) after organizing a pity trade to Boston so that he could finally win something. Punch him in the face. Do anything but don’t be act like a nine year old girl about it. Did we learn nothing from Cindy Brady?
