Last year, the Harrisburg Stampede notched their first ever AIFA league victory over the Baltimore Mariners, 37-34, in the team's initial home opener at the Farm Show Arena.  Harrisburg kicker Andy Eminger converted a 27-yard field goal with eight seconds remaining to seal the victory for the Stampede.

Eminger had a total of three field goals, running back Eugene Goodman broke off a 31-yard touchdown run in the third quarter, and quarterback A.J. Roque threw for three touchdowns on the night to account for Harrisburg's scoring.  Mariners' kicker J.R. Cipra's failed long field goal attempt as time expired completed the momentous inaugural victory for the Stampede franchise.

Thanks for coming and suckling Daddy's Sugar Ball...
